The World Health Organization(WHO) has declared the new corona virus outbreak , which was originated in Wuhan , China, a global pandemic. 

The coronavirus family causes illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases. It circulate in animals and some can be transmitted between animals and humans.The new coronavirus, the seventh know to affect humans has been named Covid-19.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS?!

Common signs of infection include fever , coughing and breathing difficulties. In severe cases it can cause Pneumonia , multiple organ failure and death.

The incubation period of Covid-19 is thought to be between 1 to 14 days . It is contagious before symptoms appear, which is why so many people get infected. Infected people can also be asymptomatic, meaning they do not  display any symptoms. 

WHERE DID IT COME FROM ?!

China alerted the WHO to the cases of unusual pneumonia in Wuhan on December 31. Covid-19 is thought to have originated in sea food market where wildlife was sold illegally. Scientists have pointed to either bats or snakes as the possible source. 

HOW CAN YOU PROTECT YOURSELF ?!

WHO recommends basic hygiene such as regularly washing your hands with soap and water and covering  your mouth with your elbow while sneezing or coughing. 
Maintain "Social Distancing " keep at least six feet between yourself and others particularly if they are coughing or sneezing , and avoid touching your face ,mouth and hands with unwashed hands. Avoid unnecessary ,unprotected contact with animals and be sure to thoroughly wash hands after contact.

  How to draw Anime  eyes on ibis paint X Make sure the symmetry is on. Draw the sketch of the eyes. Use elliptical scale  to draw eye balls. Use the pen(fade) brush/tool to color the eyes. Choose the colour you want ,add a pupil of the darker shade of that color . Then try to give it a gradient effect by making the top of the eye in shadow (dark/black)   and the lower right side in light  (light/white).         NOTE :    Change the opacity of the color to mix colors or use blur but with less opacity.  AND select the layer below the eye sketch to color.                 7. Then create some hearts  and circles/ovals  as            reflection.       8. You can add some contrast  colors to make it            look more cool .       9. Add upper and lower eyelashes and eyebrow.
